3. NEGOTIATING A WINNING DEAL
We will help you determine a true fair market value by preparing a CMA plus considering repair needs, market conditions, & other factors. Once submitted, we will guide you through all negotiations.
4. OPENING ESCROW
In Southern California it's typical for the seller to choose the escrow holder and the escrow is usually opened by the listing agent. Our team will be with you every step of the way to protect you.
5. PERFORMING DUE DILIGENCE
Once in escrow, we will have access to the property to perform inspections, be given time to review documents, and have the ability to conduct other investigations — our expertise here is imperative.
6. CLOSE OF ESCROW
Closing costs are what the buyer & seller will pay as part of the escrow transaction. Some fees are negotiable between the seller & buyer as to “who pays for what.” We'll advise you on each of these.
