Flo and Dave did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. It is never easy to sell a home, but they made the process as easy as it could be. They were so knowledgeable of the area and what our home should sell for. We had several open houses and they worked with our schedule every time as to not inconvenience our family. They were always available for us and answered all of our questions and needs. Flo and Dave were excellent with all of the negotiations during the offer and counter offer part of the sale. They also work with a clever stager who worked with us and what we already had in our home. Their escrow team were marvelous, too! I would highly recommend them for any real estate needs.
